Dear Seton Families,
I hope you were able to get outside and enjoy the sunshine! Let’s pray the sun decides to keep the snow away!
A special thank you to all those who donated to the W.I.N.S. project. We were able to raise over $400.00! Thank you again for your support!
Traditionally, in my household, we use “Spring Forward” and “Fall Back” as reminders to thoroughly check all the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in our house. This is the perfect time of year to double check all the safety devices in your household. If you do not have smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in key areas of your home, they are cheap and worth every penny! While it is very common for everyone to have smoke detectors, often we overlook the significant need of a carbon monoxide detector. You can purchase high-quality carbon monoxide detectors from Home Depot or Amazon for under $20.00!
The Challenge 24 competition will be held at Seton Catholic on April 5, 2019. We are in need of judges to help run the competition. Judges need to be at Seton by 8:30 for training. The competition usually lasts until noon. We currently need 10 judges. If you would like to volunteer for Challenge 24 please contact the office.
The Seton Sports Raffle is right around the corner and we need your help as we begin to prepare our Chinese Auction baskets. Because of your generous support in years past, every year we are able to auction off over 80 baskets! Traditionally, proceeds from the Chinese Auction exceed $3,000.00! We are asking each Seton family to contribute at least one item for a basket. If you do not have time to purchase an item, monetary donations are always welcome to help purchase needed basket items. If you have any questions, please contact Jamie Longo for more information. As always, thank you for your continued support.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact your child’s teacher or the office.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
God Bless and have a wonderful weekend,
